collected and used, which may be updated by Group-O-Matic from time to
time. Group-O-Matic will provide notice of materially significant

Group-O-Matic is owned by I've Got a
Fang, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation. This privacy policy covers
all information related to the Group-O-Matic service including any
information sent through the Group-O-Matic web site at
www.groupomatic.com.
1. Protecting your privacy
- We try to collect as little information as possible.
- We try to tell you how your information is used at the time of its entry.
- We don't run pop-ups, pop-unders, or any other kind of intrusive commercial advertising.
- We don't share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We don't engage in cross-marketing or link-referral programs with other sites.
- We don't send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes.
- We don't publicly display private email addresses to reduce 3rd party harvesting & spam.
- We don't share your email address with your group members by default, and never without your explicit consent.
- We confirm all requests to join groups.
- We provide the ability for you to leave any groups you have joined.
- We automatically permanently remove your account, including your email address, when you leave all the groups you previously joined.
- We automatically permanently remove group information when all members leave the group.
- We set 18 month expiration dates on our Web "cookies".
- Group-O-Matic does not knowingly collect any information from persons under
the age of 13. If Group-O-Matic learns that information is posted by a person under the
age of 13, Group-O-Matic will remove that information.
- Group-O-Matic, or people who post information on Group-O-Matic, may provide links to third
party websites, which may have different privacy practices. We are not
responsible for, nor have any control over, the privacy policies of those
third party websites, and encourage all users to read the privacy policies
of each and every website visited.
2. Data we collect
- We sometimes collect your email address, for purposes of joining
groups, getting requested notifications, etc.
- We collect a display name when you join a group to identify you
within the group to other group members.
- We may collect personal information if you provide it in feedback
or comments, post it to a group message, post it during group
scheduling of events, or if you contact us directly. Please do not
post any personal information on Group-O-Matic's public group listing
pages that you expect to keep private.
- Our web logs collect standard web log entries for each page
served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs
help us to diagnose problems with our server, to administer the
Group-O-Matic site, and to otherwise provide our service to you. Your
email address should generally not be stored in our web logs because
all our forms that take an email address use POST requests.
3. Data we store
- All group postings are stored in our database until removed by group members.
- Our web logs are stored indefinitely.
- Although we make good faith efforts to store the information in a secure
operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot
guarantee complete security.
4. Archiving and display of Group-O-Matic postings by search engines and other sites
- Search engines and other sites not affiliated with Group-O-Matic may archive or otherwise make available Group-O-Matic public group listing pages, e.g. through Google search.
5. Circumstances in which Group-O-Matic may disclose information that personally identifies you
- Group-O-Matic may disclose information that personally identifies a particular user if required to do so
by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably
necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.
- Group-O-Matic may also disclose information that personally identifies a particular user to law
enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such
disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our
Terms of Use;
respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of
third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Group-O-Matic,
its users or the general public.
6. International Users
- By visiting our web site and providing us with data, you acknowledge and
agree that due to the international dimension of Group-O-Matic we may use the
data collected in the course of our relationship for the purposes identified
in this policy or in our other communications with you, including the
transmission of information outside your resident jurisdiction. In
addition, please understand that such data may be stored on servers located
in the United States. By providing us with your data, you consent to the
transfer of such data.
